Arda Turan Fuels Rumours Of His Next Move In Picture With His Agent

In a day and age of smartphones and social media it’s almost impossible to step outside your front door without someone cataloguing what you’re doing with your day, even if it’s to go to Tesco. So a footballer on the loose in the city of a club he might move to will get lots of attention.

We’ve all got that annoying friend that will stop constantly when you’ve gone out anywhere to take a picture or 50 of their day, usually so they can bore everyone on Instagram or Snapchat.

I’ve no idea what I’m waffling on about, it’s been a long weekend and I’ve got two weeks off after this shift. Image: PA Images.

Here I am getting up, here I am brushing my teeth, here I am making sure you all know I’ve been to the gym. Lord above I sound like an old fogey but I’ve just never been one to take pictures.

Arda Turan’s agent on the other hand is clearly a man who likes to take a photo and he’s posted a picture onto his Instagram account that people believe reveals his clients next club.

Turan is likely to leave Barcelona in January and a picture of him in London has led to people once again linking him with Arsenal:

The 30 year old and his agent were swanning around Knightsbridge whilst his team were drawing 2-2 with Celta Vigo, a result that looked to let Real Madrid back in the title race until they also dropped points.

However it’s not exactly like it will come to a surprise to anyone at the Camp Nou if he was organising his transfer out of there.

His agent Ahmet Bulut recently said, “It’s not clear right now where he is going but he will leave from Barcelona in January. We’re talking with three or four teams from Spain, Italy and England.

“There is no contact with Galatasaray, after 15 days we’ll make a final decision. There are two options, he will be sold or loaned.”

Turan has long been linked with a move to Arsenal and could be seen as a short term replacement for Mesut Ozil if the German were to leave in January but would be decent backup if he did stay.
